Shipping

When will my order ship?

Every effort is made to ship your order the same business day. All orders placed on holidays and weekends are processed for shipment on the following regular business day.

What’s my shipping charge?

Your shipping charge is based on the size and quantity of cases ordered. To ensure speedy delivery, we ship most orders US Priority Mail®Flat Rate.

What if my order was damaged?

Although very rare, if your shipment is clearly damaged upon delivery, contact the shipper or ask the driver for the claims department phone number. We all dislike this inconvenience, but you must file the claim so you will receive reimbursement from the carrier.

Where do you ship?

We only ship in the United States. If you are outside of the US and wish to receive BOOZE BIN items, please forward your request to shipping@boozebin.com and a member of our team will reply to your inquiry within 24 hours.

Return

If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, contact our sales department and we will be happy to issue a refund within 10 calendar days of the invoice date. No returns will be accepted without an RA number and prior approval. Please note that we do not refund shipping cost or return shipping charges.

Privacy

We understand that shopping online demands trust on your part. We take that trust very seriously and have adopted a strict policy on protecting the privacy of your personal information. We do not sell, rent, exchange, or disclose information about our site visitors. If you choose to email us or provide personally identifiable information, we will not use the information for any purpose other than to answer your questions or to fulfill your order.

Not having control over how our products are used, we assume no liability. Under no circumstances are we liable for any loss, damage or expenses out of the use or inability to use our products.
